Strategic Partnerships
Building on the continued success of the Northern Housing Retrofit Program delivered in partnership with Voce Developments and SaskPower, we have developed a strong, lasting relationships over the past four years. During this time, we have completed work on more than 250 homes across Saskatchewan, providing comprehensive interior and exterior upgrades with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.
Transcend Homes
We are proud to build on this momentum as we take the next step forward with a new project. As Voce Developments has continued to refine and perfect their builds, we’ve seen first hand their commitment to quality. That confidence led us to invest in Transcend Homes, where Jobb Developments holds a 51% ownership stake.
Operational Excellence
We oversee the entire building process from design through to final delivery ensuring excellence at every stage. To support this, we’ve partnered with Lake Boyz RV to manage the logistics of home delivery, with transportation costs included for distances of up to 400 kilometers.
This reinforce our commitment to innovation, sustainable development, and meaningful impact within the communities we serve.
Patent pending warm floor system
These modular models are built in a league of their own, nothing else on the market compares. Crafted by certified journeyman trades, every build starts with a quad-axle chassis and removable hitch, fabricated right next door in a certified welding shop. From the ground up, precision matters.
Engineered truss floor joists are installed over a full vapor barrier, layered with 3 inches of rigid foam and enclosed with plywood from below. An additional 3 inches of insulation is added underneath, all sealed with coroplast. We intentionally direct heat into the upper truss cavity, creating a warm air chamber that translates into consistently warm floors. Full-size steel ducting houses and protects ABS and PEX plumbing lines, all kept safely within this heated space.
Built to residential standards, we raise 2x6 walls and sheath them from the exterior, along with engineered truss rafters. Once all mechanical systems are in place, we insulate to R21 in the walls and R40 in the roof, followed by the careful installation of a fully sealed vapor barrier—ensuring durability, efficiency, and comfort in every detail.
